How can my charitable group raise funds at Pavilion events?
The Charlottesville Pavilion will be looking to partner with non-profit groups that can provide us with volunteers to work on behalf of their charitable cause. We will need staff to help out as concession workers, ID Checkers, and perimeter security at both our Fridays After Fives and our Budweiser Concert Series. If you have a group of hard-working, responsible volunteers that want to have fun while raising money for your group, then give us a call at 245-4910 or e-mail info@charlottesvillepavilion.com.

TICKETING & SEATING
How can I purchase tickets?
A: You can purchase tickets online through our secure ticketing site www.charlottesvillepavillion.musictoday.com or via charge by phone 877-C-PAV-TIX (272-8849). Tickets are also available at Plan 9 stores throughout Virginia and at local Visitor Center locations (Downtown and Highway 20). On show days, you can buy tickets at the Box Office at the gate of the Pavilion for all shows currently on sale.
Where are my seats?
A: Since all of our seating is removable, we have several configurations we use for Reserved Seating shows. To see the seating chart for a particular show, click on that show and then click the "Display Seating Chart" button.
What does general admission mean?
A: General admission means that seating is not assigned or reserved. When a show is labeled General Admission, then the entire Pavilion will be open on a first-come, first-served basis. Most times a GA show will also mean that the floor in the Pavilion is open for dancing with a limited numbers of chairs set out in the Upper Orchestra area.
Our lawn tickets are always general admission and allow you to grab space anywhere on the rear lawn or on the plazas above the seating area.
What does "LV" or "Limited View" mean on my tickets?
A: We do have a limited number of seats in our Upper Orchestra section that we consider limited view because the sightlines from these seats can sometimes be obstructed by folks walking in front of them or by folks in our Reserved Box area. These seats are always the last ones we offer for sale and will always be marked with "LV" to prevent any confusion. These are in the first couple of rows of each Upper Orchestra section and are still under cover and offer great sound.
Can I bring a lawn chair?
A: Low backed lawn chairs or beach chairs are allowed in the general admission lawn area, please be considerate of your neighbors when setting up chairs.
How do I get a refund?
A: Refunds are issued only if the show is cancelled or rescheduled. Please return your unused ticket to your point of purchase for a refund.
But what if it is raining?
A: Wear rain gear! All events are rain or shine.
